- FACILITEC provides a “level playing field” for all bidders in every aspect; at our client’s direction we develop move specifications to clarify expectations for all parties
- we establish realistic goals for completion of the project
- we document the entire relocation schedule and sequence the packing and relocation of existing furniture and office equipment with the installation of new furniture and equipment
- an on-site supervisor is available during the move to assist with directions, questions, or other last-minute details
